ROVYN Refund Policy
Maximum 12 Hours After Delivery + Unboxing Video Required

At ROVYN, every product is inspected, sealed, and packed with strict quality standards. Refunds are only offered under specific conditions to ensure fairness and authenticity for all customers.

Refund Eligibility Window — 12 Hours

A refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of the order being marked as "Delivered" by the courier. Requests after this time frame will not qualify.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video, showing:

  • The sealed parcel before opening
  • The opening process clearly
  • The product in hand immediately after unboxing
  • Any visible issues or defects

Videos that are cut, edited, or unclear cannot be accepted.

Refunds Are Only Issued If

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video
  • The claim is submitted within 12 hours

If approved, the customer may receive either a full refund or a replacement unit (based on availability).

Cases NOT Eligible for Refund

  • No unboxing video
  • Edited or incomplete video
  • Claim submitted after 12 hours
  • Normal wear, usage, or user-caused damage
  • Color or minor texture variation due to lighting
  • Size issues (use size chart before ordering)
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts

Return Shipping

  • Item must be unused
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Return shipping may be required depending on the case

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
